    ✨ Belonging to an only woman group "Lets talk sacred collective" has been invaluable for me. The closed private group is open and honest and supportive. This website and any products and services offered herein are not intended for persons under the age of 18. RCB and or Rosina Bond does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age. In these T&Cs, “Rosina Bond iNC. - Wealth Numerology and Rosina Bond Consulting “You” or “you” means the purchaser of any goods or services from Rosina Bond

No liability will be taken for any action you take after any consultations, products, or mentoring.

These T&C are a contract between Rosina Bond and associated websites or pages and You.

You must agree to these T&C before you are permitted to use any Rosina Bond one-on-one or group coaching, class, program, workshop, ritual, training, book, e-book, workbook, or guide whether on a website hosted by Rosina Bond Inc or a third-party website such as facebook.com Instagram.

If you do not agree with these T&Cs, you may not use any part of any product, service, or site.

As used in these T&Cs, the term “Releasees” means the following: (i) Rosina Bond Numerology, rosinabond.co.nz or .com and Rosina Bond Consulting.

PAYMENT

All goods and services are charged in NZ dollars.

All payment plans and subscriptions shall be paid by PayPal, Stripe, or Direct Credit. I do not take money from your cards automatically.

MENTORING PROGRAMS

Mentoring is booked three months in advance or by negotiation.

If you are unable to make an appointment, Rosina Bond will try to change it to suit both parties. If the appointment is unable to be kept, then the time allocated will be added on after the initial three months is complete, to be subsequently used within six months.

Your agreement monthly payment will be billed by the 5th of each month and must be paid by the 18th of each month.

Maintenance program - Appointments are booked in advance and invoiced monthly, to be paid by the 18th of each month.

Cancellation of programs requires 30 days notice.

OWNERSHIP OF THE CONTENT

The words, videos, voice, and sound recordings, training materials, design, layout, graphics, photos, images, information, materials, documents, data, databases, and all other data and intellectual property are accessible on or through the Rosina Bond website, any third-party website the Company may use to distribute or host a Program, and contained in e-mails sent to you by the Rosina Bond, as well as the look and feel of all of the foregoing (“the Content”) is property of the Company and/or our affiliates or licensors unless otherwise noted, and it is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The information, products, or services offered is offered as is where is without warranties or guarantees of any kind either express or implied to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law. Rosina Bond does not warrant or guarantee that concerns, defects, or problems will be corrected.

RBC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect incidental, special or punitive damages that result from the use of any material, program, product, or service, third party or otherwise.
